Weaving Process
After the Warp & weft yarn prepared at Weaving house, then we can start to weaving these yarn together. Once weaved, will become gray cloth, and to inspect workshop to check the quality.
Stock of dyed yarn spindle & weft yarn
The pulp and dyeing plant transports the yarn spindle to the weaving plant to wait for Drafting, and the other stock of weft yarn
Drafting
After the dyed warp is drafted , then ready to slicing on the loom
Loom
Advanced requirement, Large quantity
Cut out
After weaving , cut out the warp yarn link.
Inspect gray fabric
Check whether there is any problem in the quality of initial finished denim fabric, such as (coarse warp, rubbish mixed in...)
Finished gray fabric
Ready gray cloth delivery to the finishing procession for the last step.
