Denim Fabric Finishing Process
In this process, the gray fabric will be go through finishing machine for controlling the shrinkage and width, and removing the wool from the surface, to make the fabric twill change. After these all done, then packing the cloth into vacuum bay.
Settle on the finishing machine
Operate the gray denim fabric on the finishing machine
straightening
Make the fabric which be unwinded to be straight
Singeing
Remove the wool on the surface of the denim fabric
Sink
Cool down after singeing
Preliminary skewing
The initial skewing.
Dryer
Fully discharge moisture from cloth surface, control width too.
Cloth Buffer
Buffer for the next machine
Spray
Spray water to prevent dry wrinkling caused by later steps
Skewing & weft finishing
The process of final for skewing and weft finishing
Shrinkage cylinder
Adjust the shrinkage of cloth
Blanket shaping
Finally fixed the shape of cloth
Cloth collection & inspection
After finishing all the processes, cloth collection, Width and shrinkage inspection
Roll up & inspection
Move the unwinded denim fabric to the roll up machine, and check if there is any quality problem
Packaging
Fully automatic roll up process, increase efficiency. Vacuum packaging
